Job Title: Head of Mining Operations
Plan, direct, monitor and reconcile aspect oldie mining operations, ensure that coal production targets are met, analyze and renew the system, procedures end equipment recommend improvement , maintain and facilitate clear communication with stakeholder and costumers with respect to operational capability performance and recourse requirement ensure outstanding HSE&Q outcome Is achieved.
Job Description
- Responds for developing and implementing operational plans and operational budget for the company mining operations
- Responsible for executing the company strategies and day-to-day management of the mining operations.
- Review and analyze systems, projects and production operations end monitor performance against business
- Supervise and manage mining contractors as required
- Contribute to the overalls development end operations at various project by active participation in and contribution to the mining management team
- Manage and administer mining contracts ho ensure company schedule and budgets are met
- Develop mining strategies maximize company cast-flow
- Manage and initiate mine plans, road design and production schedules for tht efficient and the safe development of the mining reserves. including the implementations of life off mine, medium sort and the plans
- Maximize the effectiveness of the mine planning process whilst at the tame time ensuring that are in place to rehabilitee areas mined as per company policies
- Control, evaluate and constantly improve production cost
- Ensure mining operations are in compliance with government regulations
- Ensure the highest quality of both mining operations and employees
- Entire the efficient and safe storage of all electronic planning date
Requirements:
- Position based in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan required to hood to Jakarta as necessary
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Mining Engineering from reputable university
- Must have a minimum of 10 year experience in a mining company or a mining contractors and at last 5 years experience in managerial capacity
- POU (Pengawas Operasional Utama) Mining Indonesia competency certificate a stoop advantage
- Possess in-depth knowledge nit utilizing Mine
Cape or similar software
- Strong commitment to safety Strong knowledge about HSE/K3 procedure in mining sector
